Job Overview:

Do you have a proven track record in direct B2B sales and experience working with Utilities and Independent Power Producers (IPPs)?

As a Sales Representative (Direct Sales - Utilities and IPPs), you will drive business growth by building relationships with leading Utilities and IPPs globally. Your mission is to design tailored value propositions, close high-impact deals, and position Green Eagle Solutions as a trusted partner in renewable energy operations.


What You´ll Be Doing:

✔️ Direct sales strategy:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at Utilities and IPPs.
- Develop a deep understanding of their operational challenges and align them with our solutions.


✔️Business generation:
- Present and demonstrate Green Eagle’s innovative SaaS platform and services to potential clients.

- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

- Lead tender application working collaboratively with product, finance and service teams


✔️Account management:
- Establish long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

- Understanding of the decision-making processes and organizational charts

- Work collaboratively with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


✔️Collaboration with internal teams:
- Provide market insights to product and operations teams to continuously improve our offering.
- Partner with marketing to create impactful campaigns targeted at Utilities and IPPs.


What You Need To Succeed:

  • Extensive experience in direct B2B sales, ideally in the renewable energy or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Utilities and IPPs ecosystem, including operational and business challenges.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for renewable energy and innovation.
  • Experience in representing the company in sectorial events to develop new business
