Job Overview

Do you consider yourself an analytical thinker with a genuine curiosity to understand the business drivers behind the numbers? Are you motivated by turning data into actionable insights?

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team during an exciting stage of growth.
You'll work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to initiatives that improve financial visibility, process efficiency, and the quality of information used for decision-making across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with sound judgment, a continuous improvement mindset, and a willingness to bring fresh perspectives to a company that is constantly evolving.

What you’ll get from this role

📈 A role where your judgment matters: you'll have real autonomy to challenge assumptions, improve processes, and leave your mark on the finance function of a fast-growing company.
⚡ Make an impact beyond the numbers: your work will directly contribute to the energy transition and to the way renewable energy producers operate across Europe.
🤖 Finance powered by AI: you'll work with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI solutions applied directly to finance processes, because at Green Eagle we believe in working smarter, not harder.
🚀 Continuous learning environment: you'll be part of a team that values initiative, curiosity, and a constant drive to improve and build better ways of working.
📅 Planned start date: September 2026.

What You´ll Be Doing

The scope and level of ownership of this role will evolve according to your experience. You'll initially support these areas and progressively take ownership as you grow within the position.

  • Analyze SaaS business KPIs (ARR, MRR, GRR, NRR, CAC, CLV, and churn), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making.

  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Maintain and improve financial models for cash flow forecasting, P&L forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, provide financial insight, and support alignment across teams.

  • Participate in the monthly close process and revenue tracking against plan, helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

  • Identify and drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and methodologies, including automation and AI initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.

What You need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Financial Analysis roles.

  • Experience in SaaS companies, startups, or high-growth environments. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables.

  • Hands-on experience with monthly closing processes, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Familiarity with financial automation tools or AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) is a plus.

  • C1 level of English, with the ability to work comfortably with documentation and teams in English.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose structured solutions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
