We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to design, implement and lead a partner strategy involving OEMs, vendors, engineering firms, and consultancies across global markets.

What You´ll Be Responsible For:

· Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for our indirect sales channel

· Identify high-impact partner categories (OEMs, vendors, consulting firms, service providers)

· Develop tailored value propositions and scalable partnership models

· Set up the initial partner pipeline and close the first strategic agreements

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our platform meets partner needs

· Establish a repeatable framework for partner acquisition and activation


What You Bring:

· Solid experience in B2B sales and channel development, ideally in energy, SaaS, or industrial tech

· Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability—you’ve built from zero before

· Strong knowledge of the energy sector and its key players

· Excellent communication and deal-closing skills

· Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
